Greatwheel.com (the “Website”) is established by GWC Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“GWC”) for the purpose of providing information to anyone interested to know more about the giant observation wheels, facilities and services developed and/or operated by GWC, its subsidiaries, parent and/or affiliated companies (collectively referred to as the “Great Wheel Group Companies”).  The use of the Website is subject to GWC’s terms and conditions

Purpose of Use
The images, writings, information and/or other works on the Website (the “Contents”) are made available for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Without restricting the scope of clause 2 above, you may not copy, reproduce, modify or otherwise use the trade marks and logos on the Website.  All trade marks and logos belong or is licensed to GWC and may not be used by you without GWC’s written consent (except to the extent as is permitted by applicable law).

The Website may contain links to third party websites for your convenience, but this does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, recommendation, partnership or any other form of association between the third parties and the Great Wheel Group Companies.  GWC also makes no statements nor take any responsibilities for the third party websites, and once you access their websites, you will be subject to their terms of use.

GWC will not be responsible for the security of the Website, any downloading processes from the Website to your computer nor does GWC warrant that any files or other parts of the Contents that you download into your computer are free of viruses and other harmful computer codes or programmes.

Indemnification

Lawful Purpose
You will use the Website in a lawful manner and for lawful purposes only.  You will not use the Website in any manner that may compromise the security of the Website, obstruct the accessibility by others to the Website, damage the Website, infect the Website with viruses or interfere with the rights of third parties.

Modifications
GWC reserves the right to modify, add to, delete from or discontinue the Website or the Contents (or any part thereof) at any time without prior notice or reasons. 

Miscellaneous
These Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between a user of the Website and GWC.  The governing law shall be the laws of Singapore and all parties hereto submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.  If any provision of these Terms of Use or part thereof is rendered void, illegal or unenforceable by any legislation or laws to which it is subject, it shall be rendered void, illegal or unenforceable to that extent only and it shall be in no way affect or prejudice the enforceability of the remainder of such provision or other provisions of these Terms of Use.
