Michael Spitz Chief Financial Officer
Mr Spitz has over 15 years experience in the Finance Industry, which includes experience in Europe, Asia and the U.S. He has joined in 2006 as CFO to oversee the funding and risk management of Great Wheel Corporation. Prior to GWC, Mr Spitz held various senior positions in capital markets, trading and investment banking at Nomura, Credit Suisse, Commerzbank and Dresdner Kleinwort. During his 15 years in Finance, Mr Spitz built significant experience in securitisation, project, structured and tax-based finance and risk management. He also sat on the credit and investment committees of Commerzbank. Michael holds a BA from the University of Cooperative Education of Mannheim, Germany.
