The Project will be targeted at both overseas visitors as well as the local population. The Great Wheel - Beijing will be complemented by an integrated Retail Centre, which will offer a range of concept retail and food and beverage facilities.

With an airport style ticketing system, visitors will not have to wait in long queues but will be able to dwell in air conditioned comfort while awaiting their ride time. An updated capsule design allows for two sided boarding to reduce loading / unloading time and congestion.
